REQUEST FOR PRICE QUOTATION

The PDIC invites you to submit a quotation for the items stated below:

Description Approved Budget of Contract (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
One (1) Lot
One (1) year subscription for the following:
-Software maintenance for ManageEngine Service Desk PlusEdition for 10 technicians and 1,500 nodes commencing on May 17, 2015
-Email and phone based support
-At least 4 schedule on-site support
-Online access to support tools
-Major and minor software releases with assistance
-Service packs and hot fixes
-Preventive maintenance every 2 months
-8x5 business hours coverage from Monday to Friday excluding holidays
 P250,000.00
   

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration;
  2. Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit; and
  3. PHILGEPS Registration Certificate or
    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy)

Terms and conditions

1. Terms of payment
: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
2. Period of delivery
: One year, from May 17, 2015
